A guest chef residency your guests will book for.
A vegetarian live-fire residency for hotels, resorts and restaurants across Europe and beyond. One evening or a full week, written for your location, cooked with your team, and talked about long after the last plate.
More than a dinner. A reason to come.
Guest chef nights fill tables, rooms and feeds. A champion at the fire gives your team a story to tell for weeks before and after.
Fully vegetarian, cooked over flame and generous enough that nobody misses a thing. Meat lovers very much included.
Your brigade cooks alongside Georg and keeps the techniques, the recipes and the confidence long after the residency ends.
The style on the plate.

Every menu is written for your house, your produce and your season. These dishes show the direction.
From first call to first fire.
- Short call to understand your house, guests and dates
- A written proposal with menu concept and fire setup
- Date confirmed and promoted together across both channels
- Georg on site: preparation with your team, then service
Nobody gives anything up. Nobody gets left out. Decades in professional kitchens, one conviction: vegetables belong centre stage at the fire, and everyone belongs at the same table, wherever in the world it's laid.Georg Bauch · MR. BELLY
Questions from hotels.
Where do you cook?
Across Europe and beyond. Georg is based in Portugal; the fire set-up is planned with you for your venue, from terrace grill and plancha to smoker and open fire.
Does the menu have to be vegetarian?
Yes. Every MR. BELLY menu is fully vegetarian, vegan on request, and built so that nobody misses the meat.
How far ahead should we book?
Dates are limited each season and allocated in order of confirmed requests. For 2027, the earlier the better.
Does our kitchen team take part?
Yes. Preparation happens together with your team, then service. Your chefs keep the recipes and the techniques.
What does a residency cost?
Every residency is quoted individually, depending on duration, guest numbers and set-up. Send a short request and you receive a written proposal.
