Long tables, open fire, days to remember.
A culinary programme that unfolds over several days: fire cooking, market produce and long shared tables for retreat groups, private villas and celebrations. Your guests don't just eat. They gather.
Food becomes the shared moment.
From the first coffee to the fire-lit dinner, the kitchen follows the programme of your retreat, not the other way round.
Fully vegetarian and generous enough for every guest, whatever they usually eat.
Menus start at the market and with local growers, so every plate tastes of the place you're in.
Made for sharing.

Menus are planned around your group, your days and what the market has to offer.
From first call to the last fire.
- A short call about your group, venue and dates
- A day-by-day programme with menus and fire set-up
- Sourcing planned with local markets and growers
- Georg on site: cooking, long tables and a fire to gather around
Nobody gives anything up. Nobody gets left out. Decades in professional kitchens, one conviction: vegetables belong centre stage at the fire, and everyone belongs at the same table, wherever in the world it's laid.Georg Bauch · MR. BELLY
